Creative Movement and Relaxation Classes For Teens
Would you like to learn fun ways to relax and energize in a non-competitive atmosphere, while also improving your attention, focus, fitness level, and school performance?
Michelle Maniaci, Licensed Physical Therapist and Integrative Yoga Therapist has developed CHILL, an educational, empowering, and fun exercise class that blends movement science with music, hip hop, dance, yoga, meditation, and art for the unique needs of Youth (ages 12-18):- Learn to move with empowered awareness while strengthening key muscles, increasing flexibility, and energy levels.
- Learn fun ways to relax while enhancing your mood, creativity, and self-expression.
- Learn how to successfully cope with the stresses and unique pressures of modern life.
- Learn science based body-brain exercises for optimal success in school.

Maniaci is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Integrative Yoga Teacher, and Belly Dance Teacher for 14 years. She has created Nurturing Moves, an approach to wellness, prevention, and rehabilitation that blends traditional with complementary and alternative medicine to benefit the Whole individual. She has been featured in The Wall Street
Journal and other local and national media for the innovative programs
she has developed for women, children, and families. Michelle is passionate about offering creative programs that educate and empower individuals to strengthen their innate wellness and healing capacities. She has created CHILL For Key Biscayne Youth to promote optimal mental, emotional, energetic, and physical well-being for the unique needs of teens growing up in a modern world.
