YOGA FOR MODERN LIFE
Experience a Workshop that Bridges the Gap between Yoga Asana, Bio-mechanics, and Movement Science for the Needs of 21st Century Yoga Practitioners and Teachers.

Testimonial:
The Yoga for Modern Life workshop has been a much needed respite in my schedule.  As the name suggests, Michelle has created a series of postures which are specifically designed to be counter poses to the stresses we place on our bodies on a daily basis.  Activities of daily living, which do not at first brush appear stressful, such as working on the computer, driving, etc. actually can place tremendous strain on the body.
After class with Michelle, I feel that ideal juxtaposition of energetic awakening and relaxed opening of my body.   As a participant in many yoga and movement classes, I am truly grateful for this experience.  Michelle provides a stimulating and unique environment due to her extensive knowledge of biomechanics coupled with her enthusiastic expression of yogic arts and belly dance.  Michelle is truly one of the most gifted teachers I have met.
