�I love that I am able to have my baby there to watch me exercise. �Michelle�s class has been fantastic for me and has truly taught me to "let go" and concentrate on my little one and focusing on her strength and health and how much of my health and strength is related to hers.  When I had the bleeding and had to go to the hospital for observation, I truly felt that having taken your class and the positive attitude you instilled in all of us helped me while at the hospital - just focusing on my little one and that she was healthy and strong.  I've told you that even my husband was surprised at how calm I was, so I'm hoping that that will transition for me when I go into labor.  I practice the "shimmy's," the figure eights, and my breathing in the shower and at other times, even if it's just a few times a day.  Especially after the last class, when I can't believe that I fell asleep during shivasana, you've also really taught not only me, but all of us who have taken your class, the importance of letting go - which is really valuable.  Not only the letting go both physically, but emotionally of things that may bother us during our day at work before class and in general.  I know that I've at least taken some of the letting go away with me from class, and I do think that my attitude has become more positive because I know that I'm transmitting that positiveness/energy to this little one.  So for all these things, I thank you tremendously Michelle!�    Krishna B.

�Michelle was an inspirational teacher from the moment I met her.
Yoga classes were always open to birth experience discussions and
after class Michelle always made time to talk to Mommys-to-be, giving us her undivided attention, book recommendations, personal experiences and support.  Outside of the "classroom" Michelle encouraged me to focus on myself and helped me to "just watch" my toddler experience life, preparing him and me for the new baby that was quickly approaching.  I will miss Michelle in Boston and cherish the time that we spent getting to know each other.�    Nicole

�I absolutely enjoyed the art exercises, the dancing and the joyous spirit you created for everyone there.  I was on hospitalized bed rest later in the summer and had my baby arrive a little over 3 months early! Needless to say I was completely absorbed in making daily, multiple visits to the NICU for 4 months.  However, because of attending your class I used drawing with crayons as a creative way to spend time while on bedrest. Our little boy is now home, well,

�I asked for some time to push to see if I could deliver vaginally and she luckily listened to me.  She gave me three hours to push and I pushed for 2:55!  I have to say that I think all the prenatal yoga was a huge reason that I was able to push for as long as I did and as effectively as I did.  The breathing that we practiced was so helpful, without it I definitely would have ended up having a c-section.  Thank you for all your advice over the last few months.  Yoga class was such a great escape for me, I loved going and concentrating on me and my little one.�  Emily D.
