Sample Birthday Celebration class: (total 1 hour from start to finish):
- Introductory belly dance class. Coin skirts and veils are provided.
- Relaxation and pampering for group with choice of yoga, aromatherapy massage, therapeutic massage, guided meditation, or art project.
- End with sacred circle and sharing.
Sample Baby Shower-Pregnancy Celebration class
- Introductory Prenatal Belly dance class.
- Relaxation and wishing well for mother to be and baby yoga.
- Nurturing Moves massage and sacred circle, blessings for mother to be and baby.
