A Touch Of Love Infant Massage & Touch Communication
Did you know massage is the oldest form of medicine?

Michelle Maniaci teaches parents, families, caregivers, teachers, pediatric health care professionals, and children (all ages & abilities welcome) the art of massage and touch communication.  Massage is a great way bond with your baby before and after birth with benefits for a lifetime. We learn how to listen, communicate, and feel safe in the world through mindfulness, loving touch, and massage.  There are many scientifically researched benefits to massage, some of them are that they improve attention, IQ, sleep, digestion, growth, focus, immune system functioning, listening & communication skills.  Massage reduces symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.  Parents learn how to use massage as a form of play, relaxation, and strengthening family relationships.  Massage is a mutually beneficially activity to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression in our children and teens, which is on the rise according to recent reports in AHCA, (due to our hurried lifestyles and pressures imposed on our children to excel in academic performance without having free play opportunities to release, be creative, active, and express themselves).
