Family Massage and Playful Relaxation Workshop
Take Time Out This Summer to Relax, Renew, and Re-energize with Massage and Play:
Parents, Teachers, and Children will learn:
- The art of mindful massage, touch communication, and its benefits based on current research.
- How to inspire your children to breathe correctly and function in a calm-alert state for optimal learning, growing, digesting, sleeping, and living life to the fullest.
- Age appropriate play ideas that nurture relationships and promote creativity.
- How to improve attention skills, language skills, and motivation with massage.
- How to promote a calm environment in the home.
- How to adapt massage for your childs different needs and daily life activities (bedtime routines, potty training, bath time, gas, constipation, self care, and free play time).
- For all ages and abilities. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, and children with special needs welcome.
