This two hour workshop will empower you to promote optimal wellness,
self-healing, and living your life to the fullest with every breath you take.  Learn how to activate and align the different muscles involved in the simple act of diaphramatic breathing, moving, and posturing.  Michelle Maniaci fuses science based movement principles and biomechanics with Integrative Yoga Therapy to maximize cardio-respiratory functioning and chakra balancing in daily life both on and off the mat.
